Our founding partner, Lawyer Ceren Arslan, is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
Arslan, who completed her legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association, took her first steps in her professional career at Barlas Law Office, serving both domestic and foreign clients, mainly providing consultancy services in the field of company law, labor law, and contract law to foreign clients.
Our founder, Lawyer Ceren Arslan, also has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law, contract law, foreign investors, citizenship, residence and work permits.
In addition to being a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Ceren is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Turkish-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the American Chamber of Commerce. She has participated in numerous legal due diligence projects, mergers and acquisitions, energy, finance, construction, insurance, and real estate projects in various sectors, including privatization and international restructuring projects at companies where she previously worked. Ceren provides consultancy services in the establishment of all types of partnerships, including limited companies, joint stock companies, and REICs (Real Estate Investment Companies), to her clients.

Furkan Yavuz, C&F Law Firm co-founder. He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Yavuz, who started his career at Bozanoglu Law Office, has gained experience in the fields of commercial law, capital markets law, company law, law of obligations, labor law, enforcement & bankruptcy law.
Furkan Yavuz; He is an expert in providing consultancy services in daily operations and transactions to companies, including publicly traded companies, and in the general assembly processes. He is experienced in providing legal consultancy for public offering processes, preparing legal reports, and monitoring processes and transactions at the Capital Markets Board and Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. Besides leading the legal team of Tab Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the largest public offering in Turkish history denominated in Turkish Lira, he also played an active role in public offerings of Atakey Patates Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Atp Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş.
Furkan Yavuz; He has also worked for a long time and gained expertise in the fields of administrative and tax law, carrying out application processes to relevant institutions, and following up on cases in administrative and tax courts. In addition to this, he has become competent by working and gaining experience in venture capital law, lease law, labor law, real estate law, inheritance law, criminal law, and intellectual property law.
